I think this book is very useful but not the cream of the crop as far as retina books are concerned. I think a lot of the pictures are great. I love the short summaries it provides for each disease. I like this book as a secondary resource or as a quick refresher so I think it is useful for these reasons but I would not use it as solitary or primary text due to the small amount of information that it summarizes for each disease. But I like having the book and refer to it from time to time.
